We live in a system of white supremacy where Black lives can be taken or destroyed with impunity at any given moment. Effects of the ISM!!! If the ism flowing in and out of you, is right she’s going to suffer a withdrawal without the ism; she's going to run into people reminding her of you. A few days ago while chilling at the internet cafe, I had a conversation with one of the owners. We discussed the hearts of champions. To him, true champions remain with their teams through thick and thin, if possible. To me, true champions make the best decisions for themselves. The owner roots for the underdogs. I root for the overdogs. He asked me why; “why do I root for the overdogs?” I told him that I root for overdogs because underdogs are underdogs because they’re losers, and I don’t support losers. I only support winners. I gave Lebron James as an example. I told him that most people dislike Lebron James because he left Cleveland, but what Lebron did is what owners do all of the time. Owners have their coaches trade their players the minute their game starts deteriorating. A recurring theme out here today is guys being disrespected by women. A lot of guys out here type that they’re entitled to things but subconsciously feel differently. For instance, a lot of guys out here will change up their requirements for 10s and allow disrespect, flakiness, and a lack of cooperation on behalf of these women because they feel that women like this have enough leverage on their side to be able to treat them like this. Guys out here will talk about how “women of quality” aren’t letting you fuck on the 1st date, aren’t breaking bread, and/or generally aren’t going to follow your instructions on GP unless you’re famous or some baller. Furthermore, when guys out here see women doing this shit for ordinary guys they automatically start assuming that she lacks self-esteem or doesn’t know her market value. I chat with people about this a lot because oftentimes people complain about the people today not having healthy eating habits as opposed to the people of yesteryear. However, today’s people actually eat far healthier than say people in the 1950s. There’s been a heavy campaign to promote healthier eating due to the huge weight gain our country faces. Even fast food restaurants have introduced healthier options. Back in the 50s, it was nothing to eat fried food, fast food, and candy but yet people still managed to maintain healthy body sizes. I once went to 7/11 and grabbed a ham and cheese sandwich which contained 720 calories. This sandwich had lettuce and tomato on it. Ham in itself isn’t really a high-calorie meat. It’s not a bad choice for a deli sandwich. The reason the sandwich was so unhealthy is that of all of the additives now being put into our food. KFC no longer is called Kentucky Fried Chicken because it has been determined that the meat they used as their namesake isn
