All right, I’m going to share with my readers my encounter with a 38-year-old ratchet. (Forewarning, this will be a long post.) Tonight, I was at the southern legends of hip-hop concert. While sitting there, I stayed in my lane, and simply listened to the concert. Due to this, the females took notice that I did not make a pass at any of them. (It’s funny how if a guy situates himself around females long enough, and does not make a pass at any of them, the women will begin to make passes at him. :-D ) Explanation of this. I don’t like to spit at females at these elaborate events because often they have these diva complexes about themselves. When I spit at broads, I like to get at them in ordinary places. In today’s economy, Black men essentially have to beg employers to hire us; the reason being is that we’re in an employer’s market . Therefore, it doesn’t matter how qualified we are, we still end up competing against numerous, desperate, candidates that are willing to accept gigs for less than what they're worth. Furthermore, companies discriminate against hiring Black men anyway. To add further to our employment disenfranchisement, many companies have outsourced their jobs to staffing firms. So, companies are able to fill roles without having to pay benefits. Also, when the tasks have been completed—and things begin slowing down—companies are able to layoff its workforce without having to pay unemployment. This keeps workers—specifically Black workers—constantly living in a state of panic. You never know when you may get let go. It also doesn’t help that many companies aren’t concerned with having reputable reputations. So, they don’t care at all about reneging on their agree

So, in this post, I’m going to talk a little bit about investment alternatives. One thing people should look into are variants of indexed universal life policies. They mimic the stock market to an explicitly stated percentage rate. They allow you to borrow money from your built-up cash value for emergencies without affecting the death benefit—provided your cash value surpasses the death benefit. Alternatively, the borrowed money will just subtract from the death benefit amount. However, the real attribute is that they don’t lose money—even when the stock market goes down. They still earn 1%. What inspired this post is constant blaming of oneself I’ve seen done by guys. Years ago, when I touched down back in the States and began hitting up the scene, I did not obtain the results that I would have liked. Each time I would leave an interaction—that didn’t go well--, I would analyze the exchange. Each time I would find that there was very little for me to improve upon. Now, in the game, you learn to analyze yourself and critique yourself. So much emphasis is put on critiquing oneself that critiquing the other individual gets looked over. However, that is exactly what was transpiring with me. I was doing mostly everything right, while the females were doing mostly everything wrong. However, the notion of critiquing the other individual did not originate from me. I learned to start evaluating the woman’s interaction with me from Tariq Nasheed. He did a podcast--many years ago—on Mack Lessons Radio, where he talked about evaluating the female after you’ve evaluated yourself.

In this post, we’re going to speak on how to schedule women in--or should I say around--your life. I’m going to share a theory of mine and why I came to this formula. Now, it is a theory, so feel free to tweak it to your liking. Alternatively, if you have a different angle on it, please share with the board. My reason for coming up with this formula is because in the past I’ve let women with potential slip through the cracks because I was either preoccupied with other women or just not including them in my schedule. I'm going to share a very powerful technique with you on how to buy a house and pay off your mortgage, buy a luxury car (I'm talking $50,000 luxury car) and pay off the car note, all in a matter of 6 years or less! This is only an example. Use different numbers to fit your personal needs (your income, your side hustle monthly income projections, etc.). "What!? Are you stupid or something?" Absolutely not! All it takes is an extra $1500 a month. Where are you going to get that from? You should do your best to come up with a side hustle that requires just a fraction of your time while you still have your 9 to 5. This is just starting off, so don't feel sorry if $1,500 a month is all you can make. You're going to see how powerful this technique really is with just an extra $1,500 a month that you don't even need to touch after you've paid your bills and bought the things you currently enjoy.

The reason for this is because have-nots are forced to use God’s wisdom (the game) in every endeavor merely to survive and achieve their goals.
