The Abandonment of Church from Young Melanoid Individuals

Let me start off by saying that I am not a Christian or an Atheist. I’m simply spiritual.
It is no secret that in the Black community Church is a staple. However, in recent times, there have been decreasing numbers of Melanese individuals--ages 20 through 30—so much so that it has caused church clergy people to ask the question, “What do we need to do to reach these individuals?” The answer is simple, and they have probably been given the answer before: Address pertinent issues to your targeted demographic.
Churches’ current demographic primarily consist of elders (people in their 60s and above), older adults (people in the age range of 40s through 50s), and children. Young adults--ages 20 to 30--are absent in this demographic. Unfortunately, for the church, this missing demographic is today’s current generation. Furthermore, among this demographic, the number of men that regularly attend church is much fewer than the number of women. So, this also has churches scratching their heads over how to attract more men to the church. The reason men are fewer in numbers is that men are less willing to listen to feel-good bullshit.
Now back to the conundrum: Address pertinent issues to your targeted demographic. There are many lessons in the Bible in many scriptures available to be read. However, in Black churches, the only Scriptures that are focused on are Scriptures that deal with forgiveness, love, and servitude. Any Scripture that deals with obtaining power is conveniently overlooked. Any Scripture that deals with forcibly dealing with sinners is conveniently ignored. In short, the teachings in Black churches teach Melanese people to be weak and docile. These inapplicable teachings for today’s time are what are leading the mass exodus among young adults. Today’s Melanese people are being slaughtered wholesale by deputized race soldiers, the last thing that is needed are teachings of obedience. Going further, another issue in modern Black churches is repetitious lollygagging. It is not uncommon for a class discussion about any irrelevant issue to draw-out for 10 minutes. However, when members of the church are presented with an important subject, it will quickly be swept over and placed on the backburner.

Open Blasphemes
When I turned to see who was speaking to me, I saw seven gold lampstands. And standing in the middle of the lampstands was someone like the Son of Man. He was wearing a long robe with a gold sash across his chest. His head and his hair were White like wool, as White as snow. And his eyes were like flames of fire. His feet were like polished bronze refined in a furnace, and his voice thundered like mighty ocean waves. He held seven stars in his right hand, and a sharp two-edged sword came from his mouth. And his face was like the sun in all its brilliance. (Revelation 1:12-16, New Living Translation)

The above passage makes it clear that Jesus looked nothing like the White man displayed in most churches. In the Hidden Colors documentaries, it has been stated that whitening the Jesus image was one way of indoctrinating Black people. This seems to be true since—in the Black community—White people automatically have expertise on all matters of authority in the masses of most Black issues. It could be that they’re romanticized to be more Godly by most Black people. Whatever the matter, it bears saying that most people prefer to worship a God that looks like them, except in the Black community.

Over-emphasis on Love and Forgiveness

In Black churches, it is consistently drilled in the congregation’s head to love one another and to forgive. Now, in the Bible, it speaks of the two types of love that Jesus has—love for everyone and his covenant love. The covenant love protects those that believe in him. The other is why he doesn’t destroy those that don’t. However, for those that reject him, they receive his wrath. Now, bringing this into modern times, Black churches continuously try to promote loving people that show us disdain. This is insane. One of my favorite books of all-time is The 33 Strategies of War.
In that book, one of the strategies is the strategy of moral warfare. It’s what Gandhi used to combat the British when he sought
freedom for the Indians. Moral warfare is a powerful tool, but it’s only useful if whom you’re combatting cares about his/her image. If not, then it’s useless. As we’re seeing in today’s times, White supremacists do not care about their image as it pertains to those less powerful than themselves. Therefore, rather than showing them unconditional love, they should receive our wrath.
Next, is the forgiveness aspect often talked about in Black churches. It’s true that the Bible speaks extensively about God’s forgiveness of our sins. However, even he has a limit. One aspect that Black churches gloss over is the fact that God flooded this Earth because he got fed up with the constant amount of sinning that was occurring. If God even has limits to how much he’s willing to forgive, then Black people should too.

Misplaced Outrage

A hot topic in any Black church is the issue of gay marriage. As a matter of fact, homosexuality, period, is a hot issue with Christians. The overstated problem that many Christians will give is that homosexuality is a sin. However, many overlook the fact that several other things that we commonly do, are also considered to be sins. For example, sex outside of marriage is deemed to be a sin. Gambling is considered to be a sin. Greed is a sin. Gluttony is a sin. So on and so forth. However, many people--including those in the church--regularly engage in these acts. Although the pastor may chastise his members for engaging in these actions, no one judges these people too harshly. Only homosexuality receives harsh judgment. Now, I don’t want people to get confused and think that I am a gay rights activist or anti-gay-rights activist, but homosexuality is not considered to be any worse of a sin than the previous sins that I just listed. So, if one sin is all that it takes for us to go to Hell, then we’re all going. Therefore, there is no reason for Christians to get bent out of shape over homosexuality. If anything, church members should get bent out of shape at the fact that race soldiers are murdering us. If there is one sin that holds rank over other sins, it would be the sin of murder. To kill someone is to play the role of God because you are—in effect--sending someone home before he/she was called. However, in many of these Black churches, racism is downplayed, and/or the issue is deflected into something else. Now, if people can become outraged at the notion of people of the same sex having sex with one another, then there is no way that the same individuals should not be outraged at the fact that their people are being killed by race soldiers.

Childish Responses to Serious Topics

The final thing that I want to touch upon is the fact that many Christian people will give silly answers when asked serious questions as it pertains to systematic racism. For example, if/when you point out the dire state that we're in due to systematic racism, and you attempt to bring up a discussion of economic empowerment, the default response you'll get is, “Let’s pray about it.” Another default response you may get is, “I don’t focus on what I obtain in this world. I focus on what I’ll receive when I get to heaven.” The first response basically equates to, “This is too big of an issue for me to address so let me just place this in God’s hands.” The second response equates to, “I’ve given up on obtaining anything in my life, and I look forward to dying so that life can get better for me.” Now, to address the first response: Prayer without works is just a way of giving up without actually saying that you have given up. Now, to address the second response: You don’t. That is a person with a death wish. So, you end the discussion and get away from that person.
