Societal-Engineered Super Conglomerates

Image
This is a post that I’ve wanted to make for a long time. Today, I’m going to talk about these super conglomerates in America that dominate the world. The proper terminology for these companies is “multinationals.” A multinational is a company operating in several countries. This list features 10 multinationals that have once filed for bankruptcy. However, bankruptcy doesn’t mean that a business is kaput. These companies file bankruptcy to wash their hands of losing endeavors. However, my list was posted to show that even multinationals have been run by inept businesspeople. Now, let’s get to the social-engineering. Many of these enterprises spent most—if not all—of their fiscal years in the red, hence why we see so many acquisitions and mergers taking place. These companies are allowed to maintain their prestige thanks to media promotion and governmental isolation. For up-and-coming start-ups, they face many roadblocks. There are legal requirements that must be met, and bus

Dialoguing with the Dominant Society: The Influx of Automation

A week ago, I stopped by a nearby car service place. This place is owned by a Black man. Under him, there’s a Black woman that’s a manager there. A White woman works there as support in administrative functions. Now, while I was there, I was mistaken for the Black woman’s boyfriend . I tend to resemble someone that people know. So, I’m used to this. However, due to this, the White woman continued explaining issues going on with a credit card processing company that the owner is dealing with. He hasn’t been having problems. However, the Black woman has. After being explained the details, she said that she’d reach out to the company, once again, to address her problem. Only she is having problems using their service. Furthermore, she stated that she was going to go off on them. This explains why, when I stepped into the business, it appeared as though the White woman owned it. Since I’ve been there before, I knew that she didn’t. However, the Black guy isn’t abreast of things like

Unionization is a Must for ADOS

Image
I decided to make this post after considering the financial condition of ADOS’ members. It’s no secret that Black people are the last hired, first fired. Also, everyone knows that we have to work twice as hard for less pay. Finally, if one looks critically at any corporation in a predominately Black area with predominately Black employees, everyone knows that Black people are at the bottom. Now, one might say since they’re the majority, of course, they’d fill the bottom. Furthermore, anyone saying that is correct. However, since this is true, shouldn’t they also fill the top? Of course, we know that although White people in this scenario are the minority, they’re the majority at the top. Furthermore, as the economic structure of America becomes more and more fractured, workers’ grievances are only heightening. Unfortunately, as these grievances worsen, ADOS’ grievances will lead the pack. Nowadays, companies pay their employees as little as possible. When one couples this with th

Mission Commence

Image
In my post, “ …Or Else ” I talked about destabilizing the internal workings of the country if ADOS doesn’t get its reparations. Now, it’s time to spotlight that. I’m going to list examples of the descent of America thanks to ADOS. The examples of the destabilization traverse many fields. At one point, MSNBC’s Joy Reid tried to downplay the significance of ADOS men by saying only Black women’s votes matter . Of course, everyone knows that’s a failing strategy from the start. However, it becomes even more disastrous when those votes disappear too. Hardened racists like Joe Biden have recanted their words after facing the backlash of their words, i.e. Biden’s Law. There has even been a travel advisory issued by the international community regarding the influx of mass shootings in America. Who do you think has brought this issue to the forefront? The mainstream media sure is under-reporting this and attempting to put a spin on this. However, ADOS content-creators have spotlighted this

The Future Leaders of Black America

Image
This is going to be a complicated, lengthy post. I skimmed an article that was developed by Cerulean Grey . The framework originates from Charles Faulkner Jr . However, I’m going to focus on a specific segment of the Grey-Faulkner Initiative, Black boys. I’m deviating significantly, though. Hence, the name of the post.  As much as I hate to give praise to the unpraiseworthy, my plan stems from the source material of a video posted by the OK Program of Oakland . It has a video with celebrities endorsing it. That’s the only good thing about the OK Program of Oakland. The OK Program of Oakland is a program ran by the Oakland Police Department that teaches useless information to Black male youths. By the way, Civil Rights attorneys also labeled the Oakland police department as “ intolerable .” Now, the celebrity endorsements aspect is a great asset to getting “The Future Leaders of Black America” up and running. From henceforth, I’m going to type as though this will be enacted. Now,

Controlling Your Outcome through Business Acumen

Image
It’s been a while since I’ve shared a post on here saying anything about what I have going on. However, I want to share a little bit about a situation that I have going on. Last month, I cut my hours in half because I was considering leaving my job and going somewhere else. I felt that my job was taking us for granted and treating us poorly. All we heard were gripes about us underperforming. So, I began searching elsewhere. I quickly found another company that pays just as much as I currently earn. Moreover, I’d control my schedule. So, I built a strong hand to leverage. I, initially, intended to drop my current company the 1st day of training at the new company. However, my trainer advised that I try it out first to ensure that I was comfortable with the role. Furthermore, while I was in training at my new job, I had a discussion with my supervisor at my current job and negotiated terms of service that would convince me to stay; I hinted at the leverage that I had. I called for ba

We Don’t Live in a Capitalist Society

Image
America falsely labels our economy capitalistic. However, this is a misnomer. A true capitalist society is based on survival of the fittest. Only the strong survive. So, in a pure capitalist economy, former President Obama would’ve never bailed out “too big to fail” companies. They would’ve just failed. Further proof that we live in a racially biased country are the multiple companies complaining about being understaffed —despite the numerous under-employed (and unemployed) Black people in this country. These companies are holding out for qualified White candidates. In a purely capitalist society, only the most qualified individuals would get the job. Also, people would be paid based on merit. Right now, people are paid based on their race and gender . White men earn the most. Hispanic women earn the least. However, we’re all aware that—if you go to any professional job that entails service—the Black people will be the hardest working employees. This is despite being paid less tha

What Would Happen If Segregation Never Ended?

Image
Before I pretend like I'm the doctor from "Back to The Future," let's talk a little about being forced into giving something to someone. You may be saying, "Hey, what integration did was good because you wouldn't have Black folks working for lucrative companies like Microsoft.” Well, after this post you're going to be like "Wow, I would have never imagined a world where we had the chips in our favor." Anyway, a lot of these companies don't hire Black folks because they want to; they hire them to meet a quota in certain cases. If you start your sentence by saying, "In the company I work for I'm the first Black" you already know what the deal is. When you focus on getting yours, you'll see something amazing happen. Okay, Marty, let's travel back to a time when Black folks had to deal with having to put up with signs that said: "No Coloreds Allowed.” Let's say we time-traveled and we were carrying the book P

Know-it-Alls Know Nothing

Alright, I once got into an argument with a guy on someone else’s post in regards to finances. The post stemmed from someone talking about stacking enough money to invest in mutual funds. The man attempted to tell the person that they should focus more on investing in a business. I chimed in and let the guy know that investing in mutual funds is equivalent to investing in companies. The guy tried to play a game of semantics, so I posted a link that backed my claim. Next, the man stated that--although he does not understand the stock market--he understands business, so he knows what he was talking about when he told the person to focus on investing in a company. To counter his argument, I said to the guy that I have a mutual fund and have made money from mutual funds, so I know what I am talking about; I also told the person to pick up “Personal Finances For Dummies” to become more financially savvy. This caused the person to attempt an ad hominem attack by inquiring how many shares

Lame to the Game

Image
Alright, in this post I’m going to share with you a story from my past that involves a guy that went against the game and got burnt, badly. This story consists of a man that was a roommate of mine for a few months. This story stems from when I was in the military. At my second base, I started out living on base. After I had reached my three-year mark, I was allowed to move off base. Due to this, a guy that I was friends with—and whom I conversed with about my moving off base—suggested that we be roommates. Considering that we were friends, I decided that this was not a bad idea; it would give both of us a chance to stack our money up, even more. Now, when we went to the rental office to sign our name on the lease, this guy had his girlfriend with him. He had just started dating this female shortly before I was to move off base, so I did not think anything of this. Now, when it came time to sign the lease me and him put our names on the paper. He immediately moved into the apartment

The Cause of the United States Military Might

Image
As we all know, the United States invests a significant portion of everyone's income into its military. However, this isn't the sole reason why the US is a military powerhouse. To understand why the US is a military Powerhouse one has merely to look at its name,  “United States.” This means that it consists of several states that are united. This is where the US differs from most other countries. Many continents are filled with many countries. North America is primarily filled with four countries. (It also has Central America which consists of smaller countries.) However, Greenland, Canada, Mexico, and the United States are the major countries that make-up North America. South America doesn't have too many countries either. However, the United States is unique. The states--which are about the size of many Eastern-Continents' countries--are united. So, the primary benefit that the United States has is unification and codification. If a country chooses to go to war
